About this event
An introduction to the range of content and processes that go into an effective long-term plan.
This is designed specifically for those who are:
- new LTP managers or project team members who want to understand what it’s all about; and
- contributing small parts to the content (such as an activity plan) and want to know how their part fits with the rest.
The focus of this session is the ‘what’ and the ‘why.’ Those who want to delve more into the ‘how’ should register for next year’s Road to 2024 LTP roadshow – more detail to come.
This session will not be recorded but we are running the same session again from 10am – 12 noon on Wednesday 24 August 2022.
Who should attend?
All those doing their first LTP and want to understand the basics.
This event is priced per person and all attendees will need an individual registration to join the live event. Please register on the Taituarā website. Leading up to the event a Zoom link will be sent to you, to register on Zoom before attending.
