About this event
The Natural and Built Environment Bill and the Spatial Planning Bill are meant to improve systems efficiency and effectiveness, and reduce complexity, while retaining appropriate local democratic input. Will they do that? Will the environment be better off? Will development be enabled? Will the new arrangements work? Join Matt Conway from Simpson Grierson, as well as Taituarā for a two-hour session focused on the legal and practical aspects of implementing the Bills.
