The Hoe ki angitū – Waka Kotahi Innovation Fund has been set up by Waka Kotahi to support the private sector to develop and accelerate innovative solutions that will help to solve some of our biggest transport challenges.
The $15 million of funding is not available to central or local government, but private sector initiatives that are already working in partnership with local government may be eligible for funding. We encourage Councils to share this opportunity with businesses which might benefit from this in their communities.
