This programme has been developed especially for local government professionals. Learning outcomes align with the Taituarā Competency Framework, designed in partnership with the Workforce Reference Group, to help new leaders focus on the core skills required in local government leadership and management.
Delivered by Business Central facilitators, whose experience, and knowledge help create improved business practices through providing premium leadership and development in a blended learning environment. This means networking opportunities are available both in-person and online. This flexible style helps build relationships and keep travel costs down.

Chad is a detailed oriented individual who is passionate about helping high-performing organisations create a thriving team culture to facilitate success.
As a long-standing successful business owner and previous World champion athlete, Chad brings a unique and diverse experience rich with an understanding of how to address a range of topics from a multitude of angles.
He enjoys creating respectful, safe, controlled, and inspiring learning environments for participants to thrive.
Chad has a long-standing track record of helping individuals and businesses reach their potential and achieve success. This includes reviewing performances, developing strategic plans, and establishing wellbeing initiatives to ensure people are building resilience and their capability.
Chad is an experienced Leadership Facilitator for High Performing Businesses, a qualified secondary teacher, business owner, performance consultant, husband, and father of three boys.
