Frank Aldridge of the Integral Group has worked with many councils on improving how they do procurement. Through his work Frank has identified improvements around procurement that should result in councils getting better value for money for their goods and services. Also improvements around staff knowledge of the process can mitigate legal and commercial risk, an important issue since Frank believes most of the procurement case law in New Zealand involves suppliers suing councils. This is stressful, time-consuming, expensive and has a negative effect on reputation.

He has managed hundreds of projects and has trained or worked with over 55 councils.
He has worked with Mayors, Councillors, CEOs, and senior leadership teams within councils, so has a strong knowledge of local authority projects, issues, and problems.
Frank brings a pragmatic and practical approach to project management and has developed a number of tools to make managing projects – Less Stress – More Success. He freely shares these tools, templates, and checklists with participants.
