What does this event cover
A 9.5-day, four-block programme over four months for group and senior leaders who oversee multiple functions or business units.Participants build an enterprise view of local government, strengthen political and stakeholder acumen, and apply governance, risk, finance, and Te Tiriti capabilities to real organisational challenges. The design blends expert input, local government case studies, cohort reflection, and between-block application so leaders turn insight into measurable impact.
