What does this event cover
Transitional Consenting is complex, and this panel is being held early in the transition.
The panel will be made up of MCERT officials, representatives from Simpson Grierson to provide a legal perspective and share what they are hearing regarding implementation issues, alongside local government leaders.
Join to hear from the panel on what they are encountering, how they are dealing with any issues and what preparatory steps they have taken to ready for transitional consenting.
Panelists will answer as many questions as possible during the session. Where possible, we encourage you to send through your questions ahead of time – this will ensure the MCERT team can investigate the details before the event to give the best response.
